Properties and mechanism of two-way shape memory polyurethane composite under stress-free condition

چکیده

Two-way shape memory polymer can exhibit reversible transformation, which shows great application potential as a smart material. It is necessary to develop new composite systems achieve accurate and wide-range control of two-way behavior, especially under the condition no external force. A chemically cross-linked two-component crystalline block copolymer was prepared, mechanism behavior stress-free material revealed. The results show that both crystallization thermal property PLA/PCL-PU be significantly changed by adjusting proportion between PLA PCL, dosage crosslinking agent, thus regulated accordingly. recovery rate reach 41.11%. This work provides facile strategy fabricate biodegradable thermally induced with tunable properties.
